Upon Arrival

  1. One of our friendly Guest Services Consultants will be there to greet you, at any time of the day, to provide a full induction of your serviced apartment and the building's facilities. As you will probably be from out of town, you will appreciate some help with getting to know the neighbourhood too. Our Guest Services Consultant is there to help and can get you orientated.
  2. You'll receive a food hamper upon arrival - meaning there's no need to dash to the shops. Furthermore, if you have any special requests please let us know in advance and we will place them in the apartment for you.
  3. Receive your home starter pack - which includes toiletries, hand soap, toilet rolls, rubbish bin liners, vacuum cleaner bags, laundry powder and dishwashing detergent.
  4. Get to know your city pack – as you will be staying for an ample amount of time, you’ll need some time to socialise and unwind too. Your folder will give you some clues on what to do, places to go and see on your days off work.
